Earlier this July, Alessandro and Melissa traveled to Raleigh, North Carolina to visit the headquarters of one of CASTO’s most esteemed partners, the David Allen Company. The goal of the visit was to gain deeper insight into the company’s day-to-day operations, capture authentic moments, and build stronger connections with the team behind the craft.

During their time on site, they had the opportunity to interview several key team members—including the President, CEO, and Chairman—and tour the company’s historic headquarters. The space, rich with over 100 years of legacy, showcased stunning installations of tile, stone, and terrazzo, as well as a collection of priceless architectural art. A standout moment from the trip was touring the facility with Chairman Robert Roberson, who has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s legacy.

The visit also included an inside look at David Allen’s production facility, where they observed the intricate work of the waterjet machine and sampling processes that contribute to the firm’s reputation for excellence. To round out the trip, Alessandro and Melissa enjoyed an evening in downtown Raleigh, taking in the local flavor with great food and great company.
